Refund Policy

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Eligible products must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Opened trading-card products, individual cards, clearance items, digital goods, gift cards, and products explicitly marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Inspect your order promptly. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item and shipping packaging. We will review the claim and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Do not send a return without authorization. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or shipment has begun.
