Terms of Service

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the storefront. You must provide accurate account, contact, payment, and delivery information.

Prices are based in USD. Other currencies are estimates converted for display and the final checkout currency controls the amount charged. We may correct listing, pricing, availability, or inventory errors and may cancel affected orders with a refund.

Where a cart contains any individual product priced below $20 USD, the merchandise subtotal must reach at least $50 USD before checkout.

An order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until payment is approved and the order is confirmed. We may limit quantities or cancel orders reasonably suspected of fraud, resale abuse, payment failure, or inventory error.

Granpa TCG branding, site design, original copy, and original graphics may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party game names, artwork, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

We work to keep the storefront accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, Granpa TCG is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delays outside our reasonable control.
